Submission Guidelines:

📌 Abstracts must be submitted in English, with correct grammar and spelling.
📌 Abstracts must be submitted online on the conference website.
📌 Submission deadline: May 12, 2025, at 11:59 PM No changes are possible after the deadline.
📌 Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and authors will be notified of the status of their submissions after the review process is complete.
📌 Presenting authors must register for the conference to be included in the final program. Registration details will be sent upon confirmation.

Abstract Formatting Requirements:

✅ Institutional Affiliations: Numbered
✅ Title: Maximum 25 words
✅ Length: Maximum 300 words
✅ Structure:

- Objective
- Data and Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Keywords (3–6)

✅ Use standard abbreviations and define them at the first occurrence.
✅ Use Arabic numerals for numbers.

Abstract Submission Statement:

✅ The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors have approved the abstract prior to submission. before.
✅ Abstracts that have already been presented at other conferences can also be submitted.
✅ The conference organizers reserve the right to remove abstracts that do not comply with the guidelines.
